RESERVATIONS
We are happy to have you at Saint George Hair Studio! We welcome walk-in appointments, however, to guarantee availability, we recommend that you reserve your appointments 2 to 4 weeks in advance. You can schedule your appointments by telephone or online. We require a credit card at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Our prices and services are subject to change.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit, debit cards as well as cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case that you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice to avoid a 50% charge for these services. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% for all reserved services.
ANTIDISCRIMINATION POLICY
All of us at Saint George maintain an environment in which all people are treated equally with kindness and respect. We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. Inappropriate, disrespectful, racist or offensive behavior, interactions or emails will not be tolerated.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Gratuities are accepted by our stylists and envelopes are available at the front desk.
Please note that we can not add gratuities on credit card payments. Most employees accept Venmo as well which can also be found at the front desk.
PARKING
2 hour parking available on West Broadway. There is a community lot available across from Capo on West Broadway as well. Covered parking is available at the Channel Center Garage @ 116 West 1st Street. (estimated 5 minute walk) There are occasionally spots open on West 2nd as well at your own discretion. NOTE: West 2nd has street cleaning on Fridays from 9AM-1PM, it rotates between Even/Odd numbers each week so please check if you’re parking on a Friday that you aren’t on the street cleaning side for that week!
GIFT CARDS
Everyone needs a hair cut! Gift cards are the perfect gift! We offer gift cards in any dollar amount. They may be purchased by telephone or online. Gift cards are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Opened merchandise is not available for return or exchange. Gift cards and services, are non-refundable.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
We love your kids, but there are sharp objects and chemical services present and we don’t want to see anyone injured while here. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present. If you’re looking to book a hair cut for your child, please call for accommodations.
